After completing this course, students will receive a certification card to their email address from the American Heart Association.

Participants will learn the principles, processes, and best practices of project management, covering key knowledge areas such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications, and stakeholder management.Designed for professionals seeking to strengthen their project management skills or prepare for PMI certification, the course satisfies the 35 contact-hour education requirement for the PMP® exam. Through lectures, discussions, and practical exercises, participants will gain the tools and techniques needed to successfully initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in any industry.The program is delivered by a PMI-certified trainer using an accredited curriculum.
