This 35-hour course provides comprehensive training in project management aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI®) framework. Participants will learn the principles, processes, and best practices of project management, covering key knowledge areas such as scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, communications, and stakeholder management.Designed for professionals seeking to strengthen their project management skills or prepare for PMI certification, the course satisfies the 35 contact-hour education requirement for the PMP® exam.
